Every stay at Ātman is designed to be immersive and intentional. Spend your days wandering forest trails, enjoying nourishing meals, unwinding by a wood fire, gathering around the fire, joining wellness/nature workshops, or simply embracing the quiet. Whether you seek adventure, reflection, or meaningful connection, every experience is thoughtfully crafted to help you
slow down, detox and be present.

What is “Atman”
The name “Ātman” refers to the inner self, the soul, something steady beneath the noise of everyday life. This concept shapes everything we are building, not as a perfect retreat, but as a real place where presence matters more than performance.

Love for Mother Nature
Ātman Eco Cabanes is designed as a low-impact boutique hotel where nature comes first. With a limited number of cabins, nearly all of the land preserved in its natural state, 95% sustainably sourced materials, water recycling systems, and Québec's renewable hydroelectric power, every aspect of the property is created to help reduce our environmental footprint while protecting the forest for generations to come.

Seed is Atman Eco Cabins' Chief Mouse Patrol Officer. Fiercely independent and always on the lookout, she keeps the property free of unwanted visitors with impressive hunting skills. She's a bit of a sassy toot and a classic scaredy-cat, so don't be surprised if she keeps her distance. One important rule: admire her from afar... Seed prefers compliments over cuddles.
